You’re invited to register as a vendor for Tel Hai’s Moving Made Easy event scheduled for Friday, November 15:

- From 10 AM to 12 PM: Depositors (individuals who have a reservation to move to a Tel Hai accommodation) or those enrolled in the Ready-Set-Go Program (a waiting list of people actively preparing to move to a Tel Hai accommodation) are invited for an exclusive early entry time prior to the general public!
- From 12 PM to 2 PM: Future Resident List and general public are invited!
The purpose of the Moving Made Easy event is to connect future Tel Hai residents with YOU– businesses and organizations- that can educate, equip and provide move-related or services related to their relocation to Honey Brook. Future residents will gain valuable information on a variety of move-related topics… all in one place, all under one roof! We make it easy to transition out of your home and into Tel Hai! Vendors invited include realtors, movers, stagers & home organizers; auctioneers & appraisers; financial partners, insurance & lending institutions; home designers & decorators; and local health, wellness & providers.
Event held in our StoneCroft Center for Worship & Performing Arts, located at 4000 Tree Line Drive, Honey Brook. We are only 3 short miles east of Route 10 off Beaver Dam Road. Follow Beaver Dam Road to the campus of Tel Hai, then turn onto Tree Line Drive at the West Entrance and follow signs to StoneCroft.

IMPORTANT VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
- No registration fee is charged but booth assignments and reservations are on a first-come/first-served basis. We anticipate this event will be ‘sold out’ so early registration is recommended.
- Vendors will be provided a 10 foot marked booth space and a 6-foot table.
- Electricity access cannot be guaranteed but if requested, we will try to pair your needs with an electricity-connected booth space.
- Each vendor is responsible for their own table cover.
- Vendor setup will be available from 7 AM to 9:30 AM, on the morning of the event, Friday, Nov. 15. Early access to event space is not permitted prior to 7 AM.
- Additional information related to the event, parking instructions, etc. will be provided to all vendors in mid-September.
