The Tel Hai Retirement Community Code of Conduct is to protect and promote integrity as it guides daily activities within appropriate ethical and legal standards. The obligations outlined in the Code apply to our relationships with residents, physicians, third-party payers, subcontractors, independent contractors, vendors, consultants, and staff.

While the Code of Conduct was developed to ensure that we meet our ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Code of Conduct is neither exclusive nor complete. All individuals are required to comply with all applicable laws, whether or not specifically addressed in the Code of Conduct or the Community’s policies.

Questions regarding the existence of, interpretation or application of any law should be directed to the Corporate Compliance Official or a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee. Reports of violation of the Code of Conduct or any law shall be reported to the Corporate Compliance Office or anonymously to the Corporate Compliance hotline.

If you believe that Tel Hai Retirement Community has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our website. Minors

No portion of Tel Hai’s website, services and agency services is directed towards minors (individuals below the age of 18). The company does not solicit any information about minors, nor does it market to minors.
