Tel Hai Hosts ‘Introduction to Elder Law’ Presentation on Nov. 5

dana-panagopoulos-bio[1]Tel Hai Retirement Community invites the public to the educational presentation “Introduction to Elder Law” by Dana Panagopoulos, Esq., on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the community’s StoneCroft Center for Worship & Performing Arts, located at 4000 Tree Line Drive in Honey Brook. Admission to the event is free and open to the public.

The presentation will include information regarding legal documentation & estate planning, introduction to Medicare/ Medicaid provisions, resource assessment and the danger of divesting resources. Panagopoulos serves clients as part of the Estate, Trust Planning, Administration, and Elder Law Departments at Brubaker Connaughton Goss & Lucarelli LLC.

Panagopoulos received her bachelor of arts from Franklin &
Marshall College and her juris doctorate from Villanova
University. She served two cherkships with the Honorable
Michael Georgelis and the Honorable James Cullen, both in the
Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. She is an active member in the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lancaster Bar Association and the Lancaster Law Review as Editor.

Tel Hai Retirement Community, an accredited nonprofit continuing care retirement community, has provided high quality and compassionate care since 1956. The StoneCroft Center for Worship & Performing Arts is located on the campus of Tel Hai, three miles east of Route 10 off Beaver Dam Road.
